This is best is served with fresh lemon wedges and powdered sugar.

Required Ingredients

1 ¼Cupmilk
1 ¼Cupflour

Preparation Instructions

  1. Note that the quantities above are for the large copco paella pan shown in the photo. The ratio is ¼C milk and C flour per egg.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 When hot melt one cube butter in large, heavy pan.
  3. Put eggs and milk in blender and blend until smooth. Gradually add flour and continue blending until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into melted butter in hot pan and return to oven. Bake until puffy, golden and set...about xxx minutes. Remove and cut into pie-shaped wedges to serve.
