- Note that the quantities above are for the large copco paella pan shown in the photo. The ratio is ¼C milk and ¼C flour per egg.
- Preheat oven to 425° When hot melt one cube butter in large, heavy pan.
- Put eggs and milk in blender and blend until smooth. Gradually add flour and continue blending until smooth.
