Chicken Tortilla Casserole

Required Ingredients

cooked whole chicken breasts (save broth)
12 corn tortillas
Cancream of chicken soup
Cancream of mushroom soup
onion - grated
Canchopped green chilis (or 2 cans green chile salsa)
¾Poundgrated cheddar cheese
Cansliced ripe olives

Preparation Instructions

  1. Cut cooked chicken in large pieces. Cut tortillas in one inch strips.
  2. Mix soups, milk, onion and chile salsa (or chiles)
  3. Butter large shallow casserole. Add 3 tablespoons chicken broth.
  4. Arrange half of the tortilla strips in the bottom of the casserole, cover with half the chicken pieces and half the sauce.
  5. Repeat the layers ending with sauce.
  6. Top with grated cheese.
  7. Refrigerate 24 hours. Bake 1.5 hours at 350 deg.
