Required Ingredients

CupFlour
CupSoftened butter
½CupPowdered Sugar
PinchSalt
Slightly beaten eggs
CupSugar
TablespoonLemon juice
TablespoonGrated lemon rind

Preparation Instructions

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients. Pack into buttered and floured oblon Pyrex dish
  2. Bake 20 min at 350 deg
  3. Mix together the next 4 ingredients and quickly pour over the above baked mixture. Bake an additional 25 min
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
  5. Cool at least 30 min.
