Pita Chips
Makes 24 pita chips.

Required Ingredients

TeaspoonSea salt
½TeaspoonGarlic powder
½TeaspoonBlack pepper
PieceWhole weat pita bread
TeaspoonCanola oil

Preparation Instructions

  1. Mix together salt, pepper and garlic.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut pita bread into fourths. Lay out in a thin, even layer on sheet tray. Spray with canola oil spray. Sprinkle spice mixture over sprayed pita wedges.
  3. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serve with your favorite dip or spread.
