Makes 24 pita chips.
Required Ingredients
1 | Teaspoon | Sea salt |
½ | Teaspoon | Garlic powder |
½ | Teaspoon | Black pepper |
6 | Piece | Whole weat pita bread |
1 | Teaspoon | Canola oil |
Preparation Instructions
- Mix together salt, pepper and garlic.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut pita bread into fourths. Lay out in a thin, even layer on sheet tray. Spray with canola oil spray. Sprinkle spice mixture over sprayed pita wedges.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serve with your favorite dip or spread.
