In order to create a clear-sky "sunset" use juices without pulp....
Makes two cocktails.
Required Ingredients
| 1 | Cup | ice cubes |
| ⅓ | Cup | tequila |
| ⅓ | Cup | triple sec |
| 3 | Tablespoon | orange juice |
| 2 | Tablespoon | lime juice |
| 4 | Tablespoon | pomegranate juice |
| | twist of fresh lime peel |
Preparation Instructions
- Put ice cubes in a pitcher.
- Pour in tequila, triple sec, orange juice and lime juice.
- Stir well and divide juices and ice between two cocktail glasses.
- Using a spouted pourer or a large spoon, carefully pour half of the pomegranate juice down the inner side of each glass.
