1 Egg (white and yolk separated)
¾CupPowdered Sugar
¾CupWhipping cream
1 TeaspoonVanilla
Or
2 TablespoonMadiera
PinchSalt

Preparation Instructions

  1. Beat egg white until stiff
  2. Add sugar gradually beating constantly
  3. Beat egg yolk until thick and add
  4. Beat whipping cream til stiff and add
  5. Add flavoring and salt
