Required Ingredients

CupCashew butter
CupHoney
¾CupChopped walnuts
CupDried cranberries
3 ⅓CupPuffed rice
¼CupPumpkin seeds
¾CupSunflower seeds
CupCorn Flakes

Preparation Instructions

  1. Lightly coat a jelly roll pan with canola oil.
  2. In a large saucepan, heat cashew butter with honey over low heat until bubbles form. Quickly stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. When cool enough to handle, press into baking pan. Cool completely. Cut into 40 bars.
