Laurie's Artichoke Dip

A Fallen Leaf favorite... Serve with big chunks of great French Bread, preferably torn to have rough edges to grab the dip.

Required Ingredients

CanArtichoke quarters, drained
CupMayo
TeaspoonChopped Garlic
TeaspoonPaprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 ½CupFresh Parmesian Cheese

Preparation Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and put in an ovenproof casserole.
  2. Bake at 325° until bubbly and hot through.
  3. Put casserole in side of a large flat basket and freshly torn French Bread pieces and serve immediately.
