Required Ingredients

8	Ounce	Package cream cheese
1		Egg yolk
1	Teaspoon	Baking powder
	Pinch	Salt
		45 toasted bread rounds (small 1 1/4” round cutter) broiled until brown

Preparation Instructions

1. Combine softened cream cheese, egg yolk, baking powder and salt.
2. Blend well and mound liberally on toasted bread rounds...can easily freeze and then defrost to bake
3. Bake in 375 deg oven 10-15 minuted until browned
