I always make at least double or triple this... They vanish as soon as tey are served!

Required Ingredients

20		dried pitted dates
10		slices bacon
½	Cup	allouette type herb cheese spread

Preparation Instructions

1. cut bacon slices in half across the short way
2. fill each date with softened cheese and wrap with 1/2 bacon slice
3. place on cookie sheet seam side down and bake until bacon is desired doneness
